UCSI University is proud to be co-partners with Graceful Piano for the inaugural Asia Piano Competition 2013. The opening ceremony-cum-concert will officiate the start of the competition.
There will be 2 preliminary rounds which will be held concurrently nationwide on the 27th and 28th of July.
The semi-final round will be held in our Recital Hall on the 4th of August and winners will then compete in the final round in Taiwan on the 17th and 18th of August.
6 renowned pianists have been invited to perform at the opening ceremony. They are Cheong Yew Choong, Choi Hee-jung, Lee Yin Hwa, Loo Bang Hean, Oh Yann Shie and Yong Sue Yi. 5 of the performers are our very own faculty members.
