Brandon Wong, graduated from the Malaysian Institute of Art (MIA) in 2004. While he worked as a voice teacher in Kuala Lumpur, he also actively participated with the Dithyrambic Singers, consisting mainly of professional musicians and talented music students.
In 2007, Mr. Brandon’s acceptance to the University of South Carolina (USC), majoring in music performance granted him an opportunity to learn not only classical but jazz music as well. Within only two years, he managed to achieve a bachelor’s degree. Within this period, his approach to singing was reshaped. From traditionally trained tenor to contrasting contemporary singer, his technique of pop singing was cast extensively in different styles, ranging from blues, R&B to pop, pop rock.
Upon returning from the United States, Mr. Brandon has been actively teaching contemporary singing and occasionally performing in private functions.
